🔄 Return Policy
- You may return an item within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
📦 How to Return an Item
- Email us at support@vellure.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items to ensure your package arrives safely.
🔁 Exchanges
Need a different size, colour, or item?
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- If the item is eligible for exchange, we’ll guide you through the process.
- Exchanges are processed after the original item is returned and inspected.
❗ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
💳 Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal or Stripe).
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
