🔄 Return Policy

  • You may return an item within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

📦 How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at support@vellure.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items to ensure your package arrives safely.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size, colour, or item?

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • If the item is eligible for exchange, we’ll guide you through the process.
  • Exchanges are processed after the original item is returned and inspected.

❗ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal or Stripe).
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
